AQUA ZUMBA
With fun music and traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a workout that's mixed with cardio, body toning, and is most of all exhilarating. Land-based Zumba dance steps are more exaggerated and slower in the water. Splash, stretch, twist and shout your way through a challenging water-based workout!

H2O CARDIO BLAST
What you put into a class is what you will get out of it, so make the water work for you! Come find your depth. Whether you prefer the deep or the shallow end, you won't be in over your head. Use the water for a workout that is low on impact but high in resistance, that will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized.

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
Join this high-energy, full-body workout incorporating both aerobic and resistance training into one session. Burn calories and build strength utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight.

SPIN
This class will feature a variety of cycling methods, including: paced rides, hill training, and some occasional sprints. Expect lively music that will motivate and guide our tempo for each class. Classes are easily modifiable to your comfort and current fitness level. Whether you're new to spinning or are a well-seasoned rider, all are welcome! If you like a change of pace and are looking for a wide variety of music and types of workouts, this is the class for you.

TRX CIRCUIT
Full body workout targeting all muscle groups including upper body, lower body and core. Classes will in corporate HIIT at times as well as other equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls to make it challenging and fun. All experience and fitness levels are welcome!

ZUMBA ALL
Dance, step and splash your way to a healthier lifestyle with Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Aqua Zumba. Latin/international music and dance moves combine to create a fun and energetic aerobic routine that offers a great cardiovascular workout and helps tone the body and increase endurance. Not a dancer? Don't worry! There's plenty of rhythm to guide your movements, and classes welcome dancers and non-dancers alike. The best part about Zumba is that it's so much fun, you won't even realize you're working out.
