Lower Body + ABS is a strength-focused workout designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your legs, glutes, and core. This class combines effective lower-body exercises with targeted abdominal training to improve stability, posture, and overall muscle endurance. Expect a mix of body weight and resistance-based movements that challenge your lower body and core for a balanced, powerful physique.

Moderate to moderately high — suitable for most fitness levels with available modifications.
 

Special Requirements

Basic level of experience in general strength/fitness (or a willingness to learn) is recommended, because the class moves through multiple muscle groups.

No class 11/28.

SDC Members (3 month or annual) - FREE, must have ID present for entry to class
