About the Instructor

Rese Elza is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor through Club Pilates and a graduate of Michigan Technological University, where she earned her BS in Exercise Science. With a lifelong passion for movement, Rese has always been fascinated by how and why our bodies move the way they do. Her background in exercise science allows her to bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every class, helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater awareness. After experiencing firsthand how transformative Pilates can be, Rese knew she wanted to share that same sense of empowerment and balance with others. Her classes are designed to help each person connect more deeply with their body, improve confidence through mindful movement, and find joy in the process of progress. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced mover, Rese strives to create a positive environment where everyone can discover their own version of strength and stability.
