Body Sculpt is a full-body strength and toning workout that targets all major muscle groups (arms, legs, core, glutes) using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body-weight exercises. The class focuses on building lean muscle, improving endurance, and enhancing overall body definition through controlled, low-impact movements. The format may include circuits, higher-rep strength moves, and some intervals.
