Power flow linked with breath at a faster pace than traditional vinyasa. This class will build more heat than traditional vinyasa. There will be extra poses with a repetition of movements, which will help build strength and will also add a cardiovascular element and more of a calorie burn. Let go of the day as you flow with balance, strength, and flexibility.
A complete yoga practice combining slow movement, guided breathing techniques, and deep stretches. This yoga practice will help to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Appropriate for all levels from beginners to advanced.
Power through your week with class options for beginners or advanced, where linking breath to movement fosters a practice to build strength, increase flexibility, and release the tensions that sneak into the body. With varying sequences, this class is sure to challenge you in a new way each week and leave you glowing! This all-level class features a general dynamic arch, easy/opening section, challenge/dig-in section, and release/cool-down section meant for people to get sweaty and work.
This class will leave you feeling calm and balanced. With this class, we pair breath to movement and stay in a stretch longer allowing for deeper length in the muscle. Releasing tension throughout the whole body.
This class focuses on understanding and addressing holding patterns in the body that can lead to pain, movement restrictions, and compensatory behaviors. Participants will explore how these patterns affect daily activities and overall physical performance.
Yogatone is a dynamic class that blends traditional yoga postures with the use of light weights. This combination enhances the practice by introducing resistance training combined with stretches and muscle development. This aids in developing long and lean muscles.
