Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic class that blends traditional yoga postures with the use of light weights. This combination enhances the practice by introducing resistance training combined with stretches. muscle development. This aides in developing long, lean muscles.

  • Yoga Postures: The foundation of the class is rooted in familiar yoga poses, designed to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
  • Light Weights: Participants incorporate light weights into their movements, adding an element of strength training to the session.
  • Isolated Muscle Recruitment: Specific exercises target individual muscle groups, promoting focused muscle engagement and toning.
  • Core Strength: Many of the poses and movements emphasize core stability, helping to build abdominal strength and support overall fitness.

Moderate. All skill levels are welcome.
 

Special Requirements

Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a mat and water bottle. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Jolie Levi, Yoga Instructor  — With over a decade of hands-on experience in the health and wellness industry, Jolie is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and holistic wellness approaches. Her passion for movement and recovery ensures that each session is both challenging and restorative. Jolie is the creator and owner of a stretch concept business, which she has successfully operated for five years. This venture underscores her commitment to innovative approaches in movement and recovery.

  • Certified Exercise Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine
  • Licensed Massage Therapist
