
This class focuses on understanding and addressing holding patterns in the body that can lead to pain, movement restrictions, and compensatory behaviors. Participants will explore how these patterns affect daily activities and overall physical performance.

Special Requirements
Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a mat and water bottle. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Jolie is the creator and owner of a stretch concept business, which she has successfully operated for five years. This venture underscores her commitment to innovative approaches in movement and recovery.
