Cardiovascular Fitness

Elevate your cardio game with our premium selection of equipment designed to aid your fitness journey. From treadmills to ellipticals and everything in between, we offer an unparalleled range of cardio options to suit every fitness level and goal. Whether you're looking to torch calories, boost endurance, or enhance your overall cardiovascular health, our top-of-the-line machines provide the perfect platform for success.

Treadmill Information

Three different models of treadmills offer manual and programmed cardiovascular workouts. You have the option to walk, run, or climb your way towards any fitness goal.

Elliptical Information

We have three different models of Ellipticals that provide each user the ability to work the lower body alone or the upper and lower body together for a total workout. Different leg muscles can also be targeted by choosing the direction of movement which develops the best balance. Elliptical machines offer a great alternate workout to support bone density but eliminate weight-bearing or impact activity.

Stationary Bike Information

We have three different models of stationary bikes to choose from to achieve the best workout. Recumbent, upright or specialized spin bikes offer a great variety of workout options for non-weight bearing activity or physical limitations.

Rowing Machine Information

Concept 2 rowers are one of the few machines that not only improve cardiovascular fitness but strengthen upper body muscles as well.

Specialized Cardio Machine Information

Stair Stepper - A revolving staircase that puts you entire lower body through a full range of motion while offering a tremendous low-impact but calorie-scorching workout.

Helix - Unlike any other traditional cardio machine, the Helix uses side-to-side lateral motion to target, strengthen, and develop supporting muscles of the lower body while activating your core. On top of this, the Helix provides an intense cardio workout.

Sci Fit ADA - The Sci Fit ADA compliance cardio machine seamlessly adjusts to users' needs, employing advanced technology to accommodate individuals of all abilities.

Adaptive Elliptical - The adaptive elliptical seamlessly adjusts its resistance and stride length based on the user's capabilities, providing a tailored workout experience for individuals of all fitness levels.

 

Strength and Conditioning

Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just beginning your strength training journey, our state-of-the-art machines and versatile free weights offer the perfect blend of challenge and customization.

Pin Loaded Machine Information

User-friendly equipment designed to be time efficient by simply adding weight with a pin. These machines provide proper support and stabilization throughout the entire lifting movement.

Plate Loaded Information

The plate-loaded hack squat and leg press machines offer versatile strength training options, allowing users to target and build lower body muscles effectively. With adjustable weight plates and ergonomic design, these machines provide a safe and customizable workout experience for gym-goers of all fitness levels.

Free Weight Information

We have a wide range of free weight equipment (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls) which can be used free standing or in conjunction with other gym equipment (squat racks, barbell presses, and adjustable benches). This type of equipment works muscle groups simultaneously or independently  to develop muscle balance as well as symmetry.

Specialized / Free Motion Equipment Information

In our state-of-the-art gym facility, ten linked squat racks are pillars of strength and versatility. Each rack offers a comprehensive range of exercises, from squats and bench presses to pull-ups and rows, providing members with endless opportunities to challenge themselves. Elevate your strength training routine with our cutting-edge 5-stack cable machine at the heart of our gym. With a lat pulldown, seated row, and three free cables, this versatile equipment offers unparalleled versatility for targeting various muscle groups and functional movements. Whether you're aiming to build back muscles, sculpt your arms, or enhance core stability, our cable machine provides the perfect platform to unleash your full potential.
