Protect yourself! Self Defense Classes are back!
This class will be focused on self-defense through kickboxing, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and situational awareness. The first week will be a lecture class over viewing legal considerations, mechanics of a fight, mindset and mental considerations, and class structure. We will also divide the class into two halves for the following classes. The subsequent classes will be taught in two halves. Half the class will meet at the fitness studio, the other half at the heavy bags in the multipurpose room. The groups will switch locations halfway through class.
Class size is limited.
