You'll tackle an ever-changing circuit of equipment—including free weights, kettlebells, TRX bands, and BOSU balls—so you never hit a fitness plateau. Whether you're pushing for a new personal best or just starting out, the constant variety keeps every session exciting, challenging, and incredibly fun!

Special Requirements
Wear comfortable clothing for high intensity activities such as jumping. Bring a mat and water bottle, and potentially a sweat towel.

Check In: Stop at the Fitness Center Attendant Desk. Give the attendant your name to verify your registration/eligibility, and they will hand you a class token.

Head to Class: Hand your token to the instructor in the studio and enjoy your workout!
Reserve your spot in class HERE! (reservations are not required, but are recommended for a smooth check in and a guaranteed spot in the class).
