
Full body workout targeting all muscle groups including upper body, lower body and core. Classes will in corporate HIIT at times as well as other equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls to make it challenging and fun. All experience and fitness levels are welcome!

Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers/cross trainers. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

About the Instructor
Laurie Smith, HuskiesFit Group Fitness Instructor — Laurie has been teaching TRX, Spin, HIIT and several other group classes for over 20 years. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Laurie is passionate about living a healthy active lifestyle. Outside of teaching classes, she has done several Ironman competitions and runs ultra marathons. She is excited to bring fun, challenging group fitness classes to the SDC!
