
Get ready to move, sweat, and strengthen! This bootcamp-style class combines both cardio and strength training for a balanced, full-body workout.
Mondays are Cardio Kickstart days! We’ll get the heart pumping, the blood flowing, and set a positive tone for the week with upbeat, high-energy class.
Wednesdays are our Strength & Stability days! We’ll slow it down, focus on building muscle, improving posture, and challenging the body in new ways.
Throughout the class, we’ll focus on:
- Building muscular endurance and feeling the burn
- Learning proper form and posture
- Performing a variety of functional movements correctly
- Challenging your strength, safely and effectively
- Building confidence through consistency and progress
No matter your fitness level, this class will help you push limits, improve performance, and leave
you feeling stronger every week.

Special Requirements
Wear comfortable clothing for high intensity activities such as jumping. Bring a mat and water bottle, and potentially a sweat towel.

About the Instructors
Saturia Daykin, Personal Trainer — NASM-certified with four years of experience in Gaylord, MI, Saturia is passionate about helping clients build strength, endurance, and confidence through purposeful movement. She also holds CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association and is currently pursuing her ISSA Running Coach certification. With a background in both group fitness and one-on-one training, Saturia designs workouts that emphasize proper form, functional strength, and lasting results. Her philosophy is simple: if it were easy, everyone would do it. She inspires clients with encouragement and accountability while challenging them to push beyond their comfort zones for real growth. - Group fitness instructor at Main Street Bootcamp, aiding in providing strength workouts focusing on form, power, and personal development in strength.
