HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)


In this class you can expect to take your athleticism to the next level. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, this class will help you develop core strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, strength, power, and explosiveness.

This class utilizes High Intensity Interval Training with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight movements. Bring your water bottle and your desire to improve, and experience a HIIT class unlike anything you've done before.

This class is open and available for all experience/fitness levels.

Special Requirements

Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers/cross trainers. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Guest Pass $10 - Register at the Central Ticket Office or online through the class reservation process. (*Note: If the Central Ticket Office is closed during your desired class time, there will be a QR code available at the Fitness Attendant Desk located in the Fitness Center.)

The HuskiesFit Semester Pass gives unlimited access to HuskiesFit Group Fitness classes for the Summer 2026 Semester only, EXPIRES on 8/30/2026. and will not be exchanged or refunded due to classes not being offered on a consistent basis. 
All Purchases can be made at the Central Ticket Office in the SDC.

The SDC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not leave valuables unattended. 
 

NEW Group Fitness Check-In Process for Studio Classes Beginning Summer 2026!

  1. Check In: Stop at the Fitness Center Attendant Desk. Give the attendant your name to verify your registration/eligibility, and they will hand you a class token. 

  2. Head to Class: Hand your token to the instructor in the studio and enjoy your workout!

Reserve your spot in class HERE! (reservations are not required, but are recommended for a smooth check in and a guaranteed spot in the class).

Jolie Levi
Jolie Levi, Yoga Instructor  — With over a decade of hands-on experience in the health and wellness industry, Jolie is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and holistic wellness approaches. Her passion for movement and recovery ensures that each session is both challenging and restorative. Jolie is the creator and owner of a stretch concept business, which she has successfully operated for five years. This venture underscores her commitment to innovative approaches in movement and recovery.

  • Certified Exercise Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine
  • Licensed Massage Therapist

Instructional Experience

  • Yoga Instructor, providing expert guidance in flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness
  • Bootcamp and Functional Fitness Instructor, delivering dynamic group sessions designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness
  • Group Fitness Instructor at Orangetheory Fitness, leading high-energy classes focused on cardiovascular and strength training
