Session 1 $60, Session 2 $70; 8-class punch card $40; daily drop-in $6
Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. After payment is received and release waiver is signed, you’ll receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor on the first day of class.
About the Instructor
Originally from Marquette, Emily Mitchell couldn't be happier to have planted roots here in the Keweenaw. With the incredible amount of outdoor acitivities at our fingertips, she knows that in order to take advantage of the outdoors and maintain an active lifestyle, you also have to maintain your body. Emily's background with fitness began with playing sports at a young age but it wasn't until she participated in group fitness classes when it turned into a passion. She has since tought spin, TRX Suspension, and TRX Rip Trainer classes. She also acted as a coach for two eight-week "get healthy" programs helping clients reach their fitness and nutrition goals. Emily is a certified TRX Suspension Trainer L1 instructor and is working towards her ACE Personal Trainer Certification.
