Fall Session 1: Eating for Energy, October 24 - November 14

Bring your lunch and learn some health tips. What would you do if you had more energy? Is low energy keeping you from living fully? In this 4-week course, we will offer weekly tips to help renew and recharge.

Fall Session 2: Weigh Less and Live More, November 28 - December 19

Bring your lunch and learn some health tips. Are you tired of yo-yo dieting? Learn why diets don't work. In this 4-week course, we will look at areas in our lives that may be weighing us down and deterring our progress.

About the Instructor

 Joan Kero is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, having graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor with certifications in YogaBack, Yoga Therapy 1, Yoga for Athletes, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga, Yoga Levels 1 & 2, and Anatomy & Alignment. She has been teaching a variety of yoga classes for the past 13 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and has studied applied kinesiology, sports psychology, intuition, and the body/mind connection. Joan is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys working with clients in all areas of their health and wellness.
