This 90-minute workshop is designed to allow you some time for self care through a gentle 45-minute yoga routine and then we will spend 45 minutes discussing doable healthy tips to keep you from self sabotaging during all the holiday parties and get-togethers. Let this holiday season be one where you can truly stay present in the moment and enjoy the hustle and bustle without anxiety and stress. When we take time to nurture and nourish ourselves, we have so much more to give those around us.

Healthy Mom = Healthy Family

School is off today! Grab a babysitter and come spend 90 minutes in this workshop nourishing yourself. Self care can look so different to each of us. Today, we will use yoga poses to relax and restore, followed by discussion on healthy tips to keep our energy up for the day, being present in the moment, feeding our kids nourishing snacks and meals, and taking care of ourselves so that we have more to give our loved ones.

No New Years resolutions allowed! How often do you set a yearly resolution to only self sabotage within a few weeks? We will use this 90-minute workshop to create an intention— just for today— and treat ourselves to some much needed self care via our breath and movement (yoga) and then discuss areas in our lives where we can start to shift old habits that are no longer serving us into healthy new lifestyle changes.
