Long and Lean Physique


Transform your entire body using small, targeted movements to focus on areas that often challenge us most: hips, thighs, seat, abs, and arms.  Each 50-minute workout will challenge your mind and body as you work at your own level to focus on creating long, lean muscles and improving overall strength and flexibility.  This class derives elements from ballet, yoga, and Pilates, but no prior experience is necessary.
