This class utilizes your own body weight with the TRX suspension trainer. The program will last seven weeks and will be progressively geared towards developing relative strength, improved body composition, and flexibility. Class size is limited.
Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers/cross trainers.

Friday only - Michigan Tech Student Session $21, Daily $5; General Public Session $28, Daily $7
Daily passes are available Friday only and only to those participants that have experience with a TRX and/or have taken a session course previously.
Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. After payment is received and release waiver is signed, you’ll receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor on the first day of class.
About the Instructor
Kelly Larson is a senior at Michigan Tech, currently earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Fitness Management, along with a minor in Coaching Fundamentals & Psychology. Kelly is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer and a TRX Qualified Trainer. She interned at DCHS where she gathered experience creating training programs for employees. She also has experience helping teach and substitute in a fitness class setting. Kelly works in the SDC Fitness Center and in Student Wellness as a Peer Health Advocate. Kelly’s interests include running, 5k-half marathon races, weight training, hiking, boating, watching football, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
