Muay Thai Kickboxing

Known as the science of 8 limbs (2 hands, 2 elbows, 2 knees and 2 feet), Muay Thai Kickboxing gives you the tools for self-defense or sport. This program is designed to teach Muay Thai training techniques, including bag drills and pad work. Learn proper technique in striking with your hands, elbows, knees and feet and defensive skills to defend yourself against an attacker. The majority of the class will be executing proper striking techniques on a heavy bag. Proper hand wrapping and pad holding will be introduced.
